My thread box arrived damaged and unusable because it wasn't packed properly--the shipping box was not damaged. Notified Massdrop TWICE and have not gotten a reply. Very disappointed!

Please check your spam or junk folder. Customer support noted that they have replied to you and that sometimes their emails go to people's spam folders.

I'm not sure what's going on. I know the CS contact has said they hav sent numerous emails. Let me see if there's another way for them to get ahold of you without you having to share your personal information here. I'll post back shortly.
