Reviewer here states that extra tightening of the section does usually keep it from unscrewing when cap is unscrewed. Does seem to be a known issue, but as to whether this is a dealbreaker or not will vary from one user to the next. Reviewer in this case speaks very positively of this model's build and performance -- with the issue of the occasionally unscrewing section as the only issue of note.
