I received my glasses today with prescription. Everything looked okay until i put them on and realized that the frame was broken.
Edit: called them and they sent me a return label for ups. Nice customer support and was easily fixed.
Haven't gotten my glasses yet. I haven't given themy perscription haven't had the time to go to the eye doc and get them to give it to me. I figured they would have just sent me the frames itself. What can I do?
I got my glasses (frames only) on 4/25, I too had the weird USPS errors. The glasses themselves were packed nicely enough, but the frame wasn't well aligned. When the glasses were placed on a flat surface, the right side temple was up in the air (about 1cm or less). I brought it to my optician to get my prescription filled, and they said they should be able to adjust the temples so that they'll be fine.
Once my lenses are in, I'll give a full review of the glasses themselves :)
Zee007Not me. Though I did miss my one chance to communicate with I+M 12 days ago when I missed their call about payment for my prescription lenses. Since then (and up to then), it's been complete radio silence from their end with me dropping notes and calls into oblivion, as far as I can tell... oddly reminiscent of my pursuit of that hot upperclassman back in HS. MAYBE IF YOU HAD PICKED THE PHONE UP, YOU WOULDN'T NOW BE FAT, LONELY, AND LIVING IN A FLORIDA SWAMP!! But i digress.
WesleyI did get a call from them asking me to confirm my prescription, which I did verbally and via email. They also took my payment. That was a couple of days after the drop ended. But I've heard absolutely nothing since....
Good news: I got a voicemail from I+M about payment for my prescription lenses Friday 4/18!
Less good news: I immediately returned their call and found myself repeatedly routed to their voicemail. Several attempts to phone them since Monday have met with the same result. Emails are also going unanswered.
Is anyone else having more success in contacting them?
WesleyHad the same issue. Got their voicemail, tried to call them back maybe 10 times over 4 days, even left a voicemail. Never heard from them again. I got so frustrated, I decided to cancel my order all together. Only a week after that did they call me back, insisting that they tried to contact me during that period.
My advice: wait for them to call you back. Don't bother with their phone system.
