Just a note for anyone in Canada, you're going to have to pay duty, I got charged $15.88CAD, making this purchase run me up $82.95CAD, and expect the wax on the bottle caps to be chipped. These weren't meant to be chucked around and don't fair well in international shipping, great deal for US residents not so much for me after the conversion rates and duty. Still love them and look forward to using them, just wish they were better packaged from factory and didn't get hit by duty, will probably pick up another set hopefully closer to home so they don't get roughly handled and skip the duty.

Can you please provide SAMPLES of each color? Herbin offers at least two reds and more than four blues.

disappointing... would have expected better and that inventory would have been in stock before offering it.
We have been in regular contact with our representative throughout the drop process and they have been forwarding us the latest from their fulfillment partners. Due to manufacturing issues and delays that were originally unexpected the units still haven’t shipped and the expected ship date continues to be a bit of a moving target.
We are very unhappy with the situation and feel that at this time, the best option for the group is a full refund . We understand that this option doesn’t make up for the inconvenience, but we are not pleased with continuing to string the group along with inaccurate information.
Much feedback has been passed to the vendor for this drop and we will make sure that these issues are addressed before running another promotion. Once the vendor is able to have steady inventory we hope to bring this drop back and fulfill much quicker.
The refund will be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days and no action is needed from you.
The vendor is in close contact with their manufacturer. They are trying to get the most recent shipping estimates. We have a call scheduled with them early tomorrow morning where we expect to hear news on the backordered bottles of ink. We will make sure to pass the news onto the group by tomorrow afternoon.

I'm getting the sneaking suspicion we're just not getting our ink.

Which notebook is it pictured with the pen test kind of area? You guys should do a drop for that notebook with a single quantity buy order and I would totally get it because that's great.
The vendor has let us know that due to issues with the manufacturing process at the France plant the group's order has been delayed until the middle of February. We understand the group's frustration with the continual delays and have communicated this back to the manufacturer.

Yeah, same here. Sadly that was the color I was going to keep for myself for a early Christmas present. Guess it'll be a New Years gift now.
The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 12/14. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
