DISAPPOINTED!! Just received, not exactly what was promoted. On the website, they show a black, pebble finish product and its described as being "retail packaging".... What was delivered is a gloss white product in Chinese packaging that I can't read. Contacted customer service and expect an answer next week.

DmartinoSame. Though I guess it was technically retail packaging - just Chinese retail packaging. I'm still planning on keeping mine since the color difference isn't a huge deal, but I'm disappointed that it's not what was advertised. The black pebble finish is much better looking than the gloss white. Also, the provided cords are comically short. Who has a power outlet within 6 inches of a surface to place the charger base on?

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Jabra Stone 2 Bluetooth Headset (Retail Packaging) shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will ship the packages individually to you as soon as possible.
Once we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you guys with updated information on the status of your package.
