You may have seen Jesse Jarosz's designs in production knives from KA-BAR, but he is best known for his custom handcrafted pieces. Available now exclusively on Massdrop, this version of his M75 design features carbon fiber scales and a 3.2-inch Wharncliffe blade, which excels at slicing tasks and detail work. The blade is made from AEB-L stainless steel—a Swedish steel originally used in razor blades—that’s cryogenically heat-treated to an HRC rating of 61. Aggressive jimping on the blade’s spine proves ideal for a thumb-forward, high-choke grip for added control, while the contoured carbon fiber handle scales are smooth to the touch and offer excellent grip retention. An ambidextrous pocket clip enables tip-up carry on either side.

Growing up on acreage in Nebraska, Jesse Jarosz understood from a young age the importance of a sturdy blade in the field. During a blizzard in 2009, after years of tinkering and working in his father’s shop, Jarosz decided to craft his first custom knife. In 2012, he was officially recognized as “Best New Maker” at G4, which further motivated him to continue improving his designs. Known for his clean, powerful blades and unique handle designs, Jarosz prides himself on creating the best in class and quality for both enthusiasts and collectors.
