My advice: If you don't see the value in it, then move along.
You won't find custom knife fans piling into the Kershaw and CRKT drops with negative opinions. Nobody is calling you cheap or telling you those products aren't worth the money.
A knife's value is determined by the hand that wields it, how well they feel it meets their needs and ultimately if what they paid for it feels worth it to them.
This is actually an amazing price. For the people that do see the value in handcrafted work, this is an exceptional opportunity to own a piece from a knife maker at the top of his game.
If it's not for you, that's not a problem. There are probably two or three other drops active that may be your cup of tea.
