The manual indicates that when it's connected to the USB charger, the blue charging light should glow solid. However, when I plug it in to USB, the blue charging indicator doesn't illuminate at all. If I turn the flashlight on, and plug it in to USB, it stays on and the blue charging indicator glows solid. If I turn the flashlight off, the blue charging indicator also goes out. I've had it plugged in to the charger for 6 hours.
When it's connected to the USB charger, I think I get high and turbo mode (and strobe). When I disconnect it from the USB charger, I think I get mid and low (and strobe). The charging indicator blinks fast when it's not connected to USB, which would seem to mean that the battery is less than 10% charged.
Is this expected behavior? I've tried two different USB chargers thus far (both of which can provide high current for charging an iPad).
