I placed an order for this Item, Last update was on 27 OCT explaining the delay. Now the Item has been removed from my transactions...... Can you please explain why the Item was removed from my transaction and why I was not informed? What is the current situation with aquiring this Item? Im a pretty patient person but communication goes a long way........

MassDrop, not only have you failed to provide a product in a timely in manner, the excuse making for a vendor that is not delivering orders that are paid for is tiring.

"Slighty longer than expected..." Perhaps there is some confusion about the definition of "slighty". This is the THIRD week this drop has been pushed back. Congratulations MassDrop, this will be my last drop. After I get this light, I will deactivate this account.

We've continued to coordinate with the vendor about the group's order and they've let us know that it's taken them slightly longer than expected to gather and prepare everything for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. Rest assured, we will remain in close contact with them and update the group as soon as everything is on the way.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled for early next week and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.
