US8E for Allen Edmonds 65 last and UK 7.5 for loake capital last. What size should i take?

CW84this is also a confusing one as I have had many people say that the Magnolia shoe is like a AE 65 last E width (i.e. take UK7E for US8E in 65) but then our shoes have never ran bigger than the Capital Last so am wondering why you have the capital last in UK7.5 and not UK7? Is the capital last big on you? And do you take the 8E in 65 last for the instep or width?

Capital last :UK7 length is just nice but hurt my pinkie toe. Wear with a insole to get a comfortable fit for UK7.5. AE: US8E length is just nice and slightly snug on the toe but fit me much better now after much wear. i feel 8.5EE should be more appropriate.

CW84Based on all of this I would say that UK7F might be the best option as I think the UK7E will be tight and UK7.5E too big
