So I'm just between 8 & 8.5 E on a US Brannock, but I fit the 8D Strands quite well in my left, with it being a little snug at first on the top of my right. Would you recommend dropping down to the 7E, or stick with the 7.5 and insole my left foot?

TheShoeSnobI just received mine, excellent workmanship! Little tight thanks to my high instep, but I'm sure they'll stretch a pinch. What Saphir cream/wax do you recommend for the cedar colour? Or do you have an alternative brand that will serve these shoes better?
