One of my glasses was delivered shattered. Massdrop advised me that they would not replace it but merely refund my money. The problem is, I need these for a gift.

These are our new double wall glasses; I have been drinking my coffee with this for the last month ;)! The handles don't seem to be flimsy at all, it may just be the angle of the images. Rest assured though that if you do have any issues down the line we offer a one year limited manufacturer warranty.

al.strohThey do look fragile as it doesn't seem they're joined seamlessly, but being double walled, I probably would hold the cup body and have the handle loop around my fingers instead.

sdhaliwalKinda defeats the purpose of a handle. Double-walled typically means heavier than normal. I don't think I'd trust those flimsy looking handles, especially the 10+ ounce versions full of hot coffee.
I'm going to pass on this one.
