Tech stuff isn't really in my wheelhouse, but I saw this drop, read the description and thought I'd do a bit more research ...
The $50 price with free shipping to CONUS seems like a solid deal for this battery. The best price I could find was about $63. For the extra $13 you're buying speedier shipping but that's about it.
The reviews on Amazon seem to be glowing (no pun intended) with the emphasis being that this really holds its charge - enough to overpower (again, no pun intended) the competition. Also, I assume this has overcharge protection, etc.
As the Massdrop description seemed to be a bit lacking, I've included a link to the Amazon page. Again, if you want it yesterday and have access to Amazon, they seem ready and willing. But if you can wait a little longer, money is money and the $60 price hasn't even been offered for a while on Amazon. At the moment, the savings would be $13 for a little patience.
I've also included a link to the manufacturer's info page FWIW. However, the new Massdrop web-design will not cleanly separate two links. They're there, you just have to look for the http:// for each.
I hope this helps anyone considering the purchase.

GonzoTGreatI bought one of these from Amazon a few months ago and had to send it back. I can tell you it will not charge a Dell Venue or a Lenova Tablet. Bummer!

HellreaverSome Dell Venue models (such as the Pro 11) require 19.5V to charge rather than the standard 5V. This tablet won't charge properly on any standard charger. The charger that Dell supplies with the tablet puts out 5V when a phone or other standard USB device is plugged in, but puts out 19.5V when it detects the Venue.

stowbariEven my Dell Venue Pro 8, which charges on 5V/2.1A, won't charge from any of my battery banks, even two that I have with specific tablet ports rated for 2.1A.
My Dell VP8 will charge from any 5V/2.1A USB supply hooked up to AC though. I really don't understand that.
Frankly, the Dell VP8 has been very finicky and also a bit of a lemon, so I'm not buying another tablet from Dell. They are part of the PC "race to the bottom" where low price, frequent sales, and coupon codes seem to trump customer experience.
