None of my devices seem to work properly on the 12+1 hub. My wireless mouse transmitter is plugged into it, and the mouse frequently stutters and becomes unresponsive. My DualShock 4 controller doesn't get enough power to charge, and the wireless transmitter for it also intermittently disconnects when it is plugged in. I'm very disappointed in this product.

AgeEightyThis is a late reply but in my research for usb 3.0 hubs, I found out they frequently can interfere or knock out wifi and Bluetooth signals. Therefore your best option is to not plugin receivers into the hub. Hope this helps.
