I bought keysets for both my CODE TKL and ErgoDox and they look and feel fantastic on both! But I do have an issue and I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. On my TKL the stems for the stabilizers are to big, the stabilizers simply fall out. I had to modify several by trimming a latex glove and using it as a shim on the stabs. It works but it is disappointing to have to do something like that. Even worse, I did not notice the problem with the backspace until I was in the office this AM. Had to sacrifice my sandwich and cut some small pieces of plastic from the ziploc bag to use as a spacer.
Like I said, they look and feel great but the stab slots are too big. FWIW, I have had two other key caps sets on the CODE in the past and they all worked without issue. The keys are MX clears if that makes a difference.

garage_logicianThat problem arises specially with SA keycaps. I keep a set of Teflon cord so that I install it on the stem before inserting it on the key hole.

garage_logicianNot sure what you mean by Teflon cord. Where would I get some? :-)
Thanks!

garage_logicianThe stems on my stabilizers didn't fit as tightly as the switch stems but they also weren't loose enough to fall out. I used the stabilizers that came with my ErgoDox kit.

garage_logiciantake a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thread_seal_tape it works flawlessly on KBs that are too loose in the stems, as example in most of SA keycaps with stabs.

garage_logicianGo to your local hardware store and ask for "Teflon Tape" or "Plumber's Tape". It's typically in the plumbing aisles and looks like this.
