Why is this drop "inactive"? Just got an email that it was on. What's happening with Massdrop? This is not the first time it happens. I get an email about a "drop", but it is not listed where it should be.
YvaineThe drop ended on August 4th. Did you just get an email recently? Sometimes if you get an email and the drop is inactive it's because we've sold through the units on hand and the drop closed. If you got an email after the 4th, then that is a mistake.
I refuse to do all the "sharing" activities to recommend products. I don't recommend things to my friends very often. But this Juki is a big big exception for me. It is a wonderful machine that does what it is supposed to do without effort. It is so easy to use my time is spent sewing and not with fussing with he machine. It is my favorite machine ever. The quality of the stitch beats my Bernina hands down. The Bernina has been relegated to a spot under the table. Highly recommend.
QuiltntodayHi @Quiltntoday,
You would need to make sure to fill out the warranty card and send it in to Juki so it's on file. If you do that, you can take it any of their authorized service locations.
I've been using this machine for about 3 years now and I love it!! Highly recommend for piecing...I use the knee lifter and heel cutter constantly...between the two I feel that I'm so efficient - no extra time lifting the the presser foot or cutting with scissors or even swiping on the side cutter. The only thing I wish it had come with was a high shank 1/4" foot without the guide. I found a high shank universal 1/4" foot without the guide but when I went to look for it to link here I couldn't find it anymore. It was about $14 and I found it under Janome presser feet.
