I have owned two pairs of these sunglasses. They are outstanding quality, super comfortable, and provide excellent sun protection. That said, they are not good for driving unless you remove the leather shields- that completely eliminates your peripheral vision.
I do a lot of camping and hiking in Texas, so good eye wear is important. These fit the bill. The style is something you'll like or you'll hate- most folks are intrigued by them and ask where I got them.
