I ordered two cases - 1 iPhone 6 case and 1 iPhone 6+ case. The iPhone 6+ case arrived yesterday, but the iPhone 6 case did not! It was not in the package. Only the 6+ case was in the package. On the website it says that both cases were delivered, which is not the case. I submitted a message to customer support about this. Has anyone else had this problem?

There's a serious issue with this bundle.
After applying the screen-protector-film, installing the case on the phone pushes the screen-protector-film out of alignment and causes large air pockets to accumulate near the edges of said screen-film.
This basically constitutes one part of this bundle unusable if the other part is to also be used.
Since the screen-protector is the one I perceive to have the most value here, I am now relegated to using it with my standard iPhone case, which humorously presents no issues in pairing with the screen-protector-film.
It is odd to discover such incompatibility between two products conceived with innate synergy in mind.
EDIT: In addition to the above mentioned issue, I can now report that the protective film is pretty useless, as well. The "self-healing" property is actually the top layer of the film being extra soft, so it can "bounce back" from small scratches. However, this very trait makes it softer and therefore much more prone to deep permanent scratches that do not bounce back. The result is an iPhone that looks very scratched-up.
Best to leave this film off also, and trust the iPhone's screen to weather the scratches; as it is designed to do.

Just wondering Massass where you shipping it from ? Moon ? 21.50$ to ship the case you must be joking, juts bought from this site two pair of shoes and shipping was 18$, WTF ?

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
