10 days now and still no update on what's going on with my product. I ask for a refund which I think is reasonable if I never received the product. Yet MD tells me they are aware of the issue and working to get it sorted out. I don't understand MD why are you straight up ignoring me. I just want either a timeline for when I can get this thing that I already paid for or a refund. I have used your site for over a year buying countless things and this is the first time I have experienced this horrible customer service.

Crooks10 days? Do you understand how Massdrop works?! Sometimes it takes much, much longer than that... it is fully disclosed and they are always very good about updating people. If they are not hearing back from the manufacturer what do you want them to do or say? You're the one being unreasonable here.
