@bebop33 It seems like there was a mix-up in the photography (my ability to read Japanese Kanji is lacking) - these knives are in fact the Kagayaki R2 Damascus knives - not Hiromoto. We are only offering the KGR hammer forged R2 Damascus series. THANK YOU FOR POINTING THIS OUT!
All Gyutos purchased are the Kagayaki R2 Nickel Damascus knives as promised.

ISKWell, I know nothing about Janpanese, either. I know this only because I own a Hiromoto gyuto. The JCK website says these knives come with saya (wood sheath), is a saya still included in this drop?
