Now I am OUTRAGED!! My status is now CANCELED. What do you mean CANCELED?????? I have not requested any cancelation!! And I also have not received a refund.
Massdrop, clear this up or I am going to do whatever is in my power to administer the deserved punishment!!!

I see a refund will be sent out in 2 days and I should receive a coupon. Thank you for that. Still, Massdrop, you need better communication. If I didn't check my email there was no where I could have found this out. You have a notification system on the website. There could have been a message about this over there. And please stop with the lies!!! An order can either be at the supplier, on its way to your wearhouse, at your wearhouse, on its way to clients or at the client. It can not at the same time be "done kitting at our fulfillment center" and "backordered by the vendor". Propper communication would have gone a long way.
I was initially planning to get the Planck Light but after this series of lies I am not sure I will ever purchase anything from Massdrop anymore. Or at least until I start hearing reports of satisfied customers.
And just to be extra clear, the delay (though annoying) is not the main issue, the lack of communication and the misinformation is.
