Shouldn't it day Box white (clicky)? Saying; white (blue) is like saying Banana (bacon)

CronugsBlue switches are generally clicky switches, aren't they? It's still a weird choice, I agree.
TTheunsThe mechanism is completely different and is generally more suited to gaming. I'm not sure it's necessarily good marketing to associate them with blues, when they could easily make the case that they are a superior version of click switches (at least within the context of gaming).

IllPickABetterUserNameLaterI know they're linear and completely different, but the general public doesn't and probably doesn't need to know.
That being said, we're on Massdrop.

TTheunsIt is just a bad move to start making generalisations like that. Should we start calling all linear switches black switches, because the cherry version are? Maybe we should call them all red? Kailh yellow (black/red)? It doesn't make any sense at all. There are specific terms used to describe switch. Linear, tactile, clicky. We don't need to start referring to switch types, by blanket labelling them with colours. For a start kailh clickbar switches are almost as different to a cherry style click jacket as they are to a tactile switch. Calling them blues, in this case is even more misleading.

CronugsI don't agree with what they did here, but the people who care enough to exactly know what switch these are, probably ordered them directly from the source already. Massdrop is starting to become that shop that just generalizes specifications to make them more understandable for the people that don't really care.
