In order to make the Ottways Jacket fully water-repellent and weather resistant, the canvas cotton exterior is finished with Kakadu’s legendary Microwax, creating traditional oilskin fabric. Once you start losing that waxy layer, reproof your jacket every two to three years to keep your jacket in tip-top shape.
Juiced Up Jacket
Offering both durability and versatility, the Kakadu Ottways Jacket comes equipped with a tall, leather overlaid collar that blends in with the easily compacted zip-off hood, double front storm plackets that snap down over a chunky brass zip closure, double action pleats that close at the waist, two side back vents, adjustable waist tabs, and ventilation eyelets under the arms for breathability and movement. To top it all off, the large Sherpa-lined patch pockets act as flaps to another pair of patch pockets, tucked underneath for extra storage.
