Massdrop has always been trade off between group discount vs delivery time. It may come in a few days, it may come in 2 weeks. I'd never though otherwise - go to your LGS if you wanted it next day.
EDIT: ironically, my booster+fatpack drop was picked up 9/30, arrival 10/6. And the planeswalker packs are shipped USPS 10/1, arrival today. I don't know what would have made single box orders much slower
Sure, it's an estimate but more communication would be nice. Don't try and claim there is nothing that says when it will ship. Maybe now you'll understand why people thought otherwise.
