I have had generally okay to good service from Massdrop but this is my second FAILdrop. The first time they had a Blue Box random box and everyone got Oath of the Gatewatch as their booster even though it was misleading everyone thought they were getting shadows of Innistrad booster boxes. So may people had to bitch and complain and give tons of negative feedback for them to improve the situation. I tried the second blue box drop and it was better but nothing amazing. Don't get me wrong their are some good deals here but Massdrop customer service on how to communicate with their customers and handle situations when things go wrong is really poor. I bet if you had a concern on Amazon or a LGS or even an online game store you would have already had your issue resolved.

DeathsaurusEmperorchrist, people getting the wrong box sounds atrocious. I know if they show up at my house giving me some "shadows of innistrad" box i am not going to sign for it and tell them to send it back.
this is disgusting honestly.
