I just have to say, my YU3 arrived non functioning, my expectations dropping everyday, although I should say I've contacted support and appear they want to replace it, still bad after taste will stay ...

SickMedsI should add, as much as I fall in love with them speakers before they arrived, I have to say they kinda poor quality, just look at the nob for anyone who get those in last drop YU3 and YU5 ...

SickMedsI am not sure what seems to be bad with your knob, but I have been impressed with mine thus far. Apart from replacing my passive speaker due to some unpleasant noises from the tweeter, I have been impressed to say the least.

AlbinoRhinoThat's my main problem, active speaker is done, after unpacking, there are intervals in sound, meaning is kind skipping as vinyl would do with bad turntable cartridge, nob looks like some chinese puked it out so i've start playing with it, and seams its an electronic failure.
My question is, since your active speaker did not work properly, why you have not complaint and now you saying yeah they have replaced it ...
Thats is as simple as bad quality product management, since it look like 5% of all receivers have on working equipment at arrival, why would you think this is acceptable ?
I mean I know you're yank and you probably get used to this crap, but not me, and I wont stand listening to some old lady bull shitting me at the market stand ... Get your carrots and fudge off !

SickMedsKanto has the best customer service I've ever came across. I'm sure, if you tried (and are within the continental U.S.) they would have been more than happy to exchange your product. I've rarely read issues with the customer having a faulty product but, when I do come across the few, Kanto usually already fixed the issue. Edit*** Seems they already fixed your issue before you typed your comment. Why so harsh?
I've had my speakers for nearly 3 years now. Never had a problem and even recommended them to friends/visitors. Those that purchased them also didn't have issues.
