Just got mine. I'm loving them. The provide a great look to my desk and the sound is amazing! Description says they're 40w speakers though, box claims they're 80w. Not sure what that's about.

QuaggaJacksDescription says '40 watts RMS per channel...' Each speaker represents one channel powered by an amplifier putting out a total of 80 watts that is built into the left speaker. That is why you connect the right speaker to the left speaker. The box is referring to a total 80 watt output of the built in amplifier.
