When our vendor were doing additional quality check after they received the production order from KBC, we found out that KBC incorrectly flashed keyboard firmware intended for the Korean market. Everything has been resolved as of now, but it does mean that the non-backlit orders weren't able to be shipped out to us last week as anticipated.
We are expecting to have the non-backlit keyboards ship to us from China in the next 24 hours. Assuming no surprises from both China and the US custom, we are expecting to be able to ship out all the non-backlit orders before end of the next week.
We are expecting the backlit orders to be ship to us from China by Aug 29. The order is still under production, so the schedule is still subject to change.
Thanks for your patience, and we'll provide another update again this Friday!
The backlit keyboards are still under production. We already notified KBC to be extra diligent about their process, so we can make sure the keyboards will be ready to rock as soon as it rolls off the production line.
