Massdrop messing up the orders? Thats going to be hella annoying for international orders ( pay customs/duty for two keyboards? ) Also not liking the idea that the keyboard i receive may have been opened/used by someone else who received the wrong board. Step your game up Massdrop -_-;

HoonOn my return Massdrop refunded me the shipping costs and duty so that isn't going to be an issue.

HoonMy guess about the opened ones is that there are plenty of massdrop employees or even other consumers on massdrop that would have no issue buying one that's opened or slightly used off the bazaar that they typically have for the small surplus product they purchase. I highly doubt that they'd send a used one to someone without disclosing that information. Their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. I think massdrop is unique in the aspect that they're up front and transparent about any issues that may come up and quick to offer up a solution to remedy any problems that might arise. On multiple occasions that I've dealt with their customer service, I've been more than satisfied with how they handled the situation.

HoonMine's in transit, I'm nervous, I gotta say, but I trust MassDrop, despite their growing pains.
