Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled this week and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

PeterKThis drop is a joke. I ordered my KC60 a year ago in June, after months and months of delay I finally got it in March. Only to find that my 'F' key is broken. After contacting customer support, and only asking for occasional updates I'm told that they will never replace my 'F' key. You guys sure can replace a messed up 'backspase' key tho! Thanks masssdrop!

rdmzHey man, sorry to hear about your trouble, I've made a throwaway account to address your problem...
I personally have never had an issue with Massdrop but this is a bit disheartening to hear. I've been in customer service all my life and this is not how treat a customer, especially with the problems you have had to sit through.
I do not usually advise this, but you may want to consider contacting your bank and issuing a chargeback to get your money back. If you purchased last year, you may be outside the limit to issue, but it looks like you have well documented comments on this thread going back a year. If you are still within the time limit, I see no reason why you should not expect a full refund from your financial institution.
Be advised if you issue a charge back, you will be barred from purchasing with Massdrop again, your card will be blocked and you will be blacklisted as a chargeback will most likely violate Massdrops T&C's, but after your experience I would image you give very few f**ks about purchasing with Massdrop again and would just like some resolution with your issue.

We offered you a refund for the return of the product instead of a replacement for the "F" key because we do not have any extras on hand. In addition, we are not able to source these exact keys anymore - thus the only thing we can do is offer a return.
