Does anyone have experience how this works for a shorter woman? I would LOVE this but since I'm 156cm tall I'd like to get a feel of how well it adjusts.

JohkuFor best fitment you really need to measure your torso length because you can be tall with a short torso or short with a long torso! Here is a link to some information on measuring your torso length. I just used a piece of nylon and measured it.

I would also like to add that I do not have experience with this pack, nor am I a woman; however, if your measurement falls between the 14.5" & 18.5" I would imagine this pack would work for you. I say this because torso length is the single most important stat used to determine pack fitment.
