Man I was so tempted to get this as it was one of the top items on my wishlist, but I think I might pass on this drop as I read that there is a big condensation problem if used with the rainfly and you didnt stake out the guylines! Anyone else here who has had it before and can comment on the condensation issues?

You are going to have condensation problems with any tent if you let the inner walls of the tent touch the flysheet. That's why staking out the guylines is important.

that'll be a problem with just about any two-layer tent. The difference here is that there are no top vents (which can definitely help) and only one door/vestibule (less options for ventilation). But even in tents with more venting, you'll still get moisture if the inner touches the fly.

I got this tent for $40 at an REI basement sale. The reason someone brought it back after one use was "not waterproof". I'm pretty sure they just didn't stake out the fly. The tent itself is freestanding (which I *love*), but if you put the fly on, you have to stake out the fly so it doesn't touch the tent. Even if it doesn't rain, condensation will get in.
