Make sure you folks receive the correct number of shoe trees. I paid for two pairs and received one pair and support's response was, "We don't have any inventory, here's a refund for $34.99." I'm incredulous they wouldn't even refund the additional shipping from the added pair, let alone letting this situation happen in the first place.

Jonah.YAt least you received a pair. I ordered three shoe trees and received an empty box with my receipt. Disappointing.

zab92That blows my mind. What is going on here? I've been going back and forth with customer support and there's still no answer for what happened but the representative keeps repeating that it was a final sale so Massdrop isn't going to do anything besides give refunds.

Jonah.YHaven't received a response yet from customer support - but I only contacted them today as I returned home expecting three shoe trees, yet got an empty box. Had to check calendar to make sure it wasn't April 1st.
