The Best deal on an American made knife
I didn't feel correct writing a review after receiving it right away. 2 years in and boy I'm impressed. The flip action on this thing is still as immaculate as the day I first opened the box. And boy did I not baby this guy at all! Opening boxes at work constantly, cutting rope, making tinder at a campfire; nothing stopped this guy. And ya know, flipping it open constantly because it's so dang cool.

Amazing blade
Blade is amazing, super sharp, crisp locking and opening mechanism, only crap part was the tip managed to break in normal use. I would suggest if you want a longer lasting blade, go for something with a stronger metal.

Good
Great knife only issue was it did come loose but wasn't an issue after tightening a little bit more down.

Unimpressed with the link I got from drop
I like the Kershaw link generally but the one I got from mass drop was an absolute piece of crap the pivot kept on spinning in the pivot whole. I spoke to Kershaw about this and they said it was a factory defect in the frame and that it needed replacing. I contacted drop about this twice and was ignored but times, at the moment I have the Kershaw link sitting in a bag in a draw in pieces.

Great looking knife. Doesn't stay sharp long, but that's expected with most stainless steels.

I love my Kershaws and the fact it has a Tanto style blade with no serrations. Nice heft in the hand for grip and control and the price for American made, is hard to beat. I already had the Link (1776) Drop blade with the plastic handles, I actually paid more for it. Keep ‘em coming.

For there price this knife is hard to beat. I did get a different pocket clip, as I prefer deep carry clips. I took one star off for lack of jimping.

I like a lot about the blade. The action is good. the lines are very good. It is very comfortable in the hand. I also like the look of the stone wash quite a bit. The one negative I have is that the scales are too slick for me. I don't mind the material, but I'd rather it have more textured. It slides in my hand too much. I find that I don't carry it as much because of this...

Wish mass drop paid attention to order details. Wanted the tanto blade. 1st world problem
A bit heavy for a pocket knife. Sturdy construction and quality blade though.

The Two stars are for Massdrop and the drop itself NOT the knife.
I (and apparently quite a few others) received the Tanto blade when I ordered the Drop point. I hate the Tanto shape as they do not "fit" my typical blade use. Massdrop offered me a $5 credit on my next order but not to return/replace the Tanto to the Drop point profile THAT I ORDERED and Massdrop took my money for!
The knife is made fine, I saw no workmanship issues but as far as daily use - no, not ever - if you asked me where the knife is "RIGHT NOW" I could not tell you - I tossed it somewhere and never looked for it again - Someday I'll buy what I really wanted on Amazon and get the Drop point - but as far as a stand out knife design, it was plane vanilla with no stand out features - a good solid knife like every other good solid knife -
Yes, I'm a little pissed off at Massdrop for not making the drop right.

SlugnuttyFully agree but in opposite manner. The drop was ridiculous. I wanted the tanto blade and got the drop point which I chose. Sturdy blade but in reflection the cryo is a better design only wish it was offered in larger size and with tanto blade
