This is getting ridiculous. I opted for Option #1 - get the correct unit and they even sent me a return label for the wrong item. I got a notification couple days ago that the new knife is shipped, but when i got my package today i received the Volt II in option #3 instead, WTF?!?!?
It's not enough that i got the wrong item i ordered back in November, they now sent me the wrong thing the 2nd time and I'm still not getting what i initially ordered. Now what? Do i have to send 2 knives back in order to get the correct one after another month? THIS IS WHAT I CHOSEN: 1) The vendor can ship you the correct unit and we will issue a prepaid return label for you to ship back the incorrect knife once you receive the replacement. We currently expect to be able to ship the replacement in early January.
