I got one and so far, I'm not impressed. It's heavy and the detent is weak. I love my Atmos and Cut Jack for what they are and what they cost, because they work well and feel 'right'. The Concierge has a weird looseness as it transitions from the locked position and starts to swing closed. With a little adjustment, maybe it will work a little better, but it seems like there are a lot of better choices. On the plus side, it doesn't cost much , I like the design and the ergonomics are good.
