ValkyrixI have seen someone on youtube flick this knife open, now as to how UK Border Security approaches this i do not know, Do they use the proper Wrist Flicking method or do they just try to flick it open?
You have a pretty good chance of getting it into the UK i guess.

ValkyrixIt's a locking blade. As far as I know, locking blades are illegal in the UK. That's why Spyderco makes a special UK blade that doesn't lock, ie: it's a slip joint that opens and closes without locking. Australia has gone the same way. Definitely talk to customs or someone similar BEFORE you try to bring one into the UK, better safe than sorry.

TasselhoffLocking blades are legal in AU. In fact I haven't seen a non locking folder in a long time. I bought a Leatherman with Frame locks last week. It's one hand openers that are illegal to import, but they are still legally sold and owner here.

Tasselhoffillegal to carry yeah , it also needs to be less than 3.5" but i own many lock knives for private use and everywhere non-public. however some knives like butterfly knives and flippers are apparently banned on import. Ordered a GTC supersonic and got it seized by customs.... was horrible

ValkyrixYeah it sucks aye! In my country we can't have Automatics, Daggers, or Butterflys, but we seem to be allowed flippers (I don't think the Customs here know what they are). But we are not allowed to carry knives at all apparently... an absolutely ridiculous Law.
