The Kershaw Knockout is the best of two worlds. First, it has an aluminum frame to keep weight down. But though it’s lightweight, it doesn’t sacrifice lock strength thanks to the inset steel plate (where the frame has been “knocked out”). The blade is a wide-bellied drop-point that excels in slicing and still has plenty of tip for easy piercing. Made from your choice of Sandvik 14C28N steel or Damascus steel, it offers good edge retention. Deploy it by pressing on the flipper tab or pushing on the thumbstuds. This Kershaw knocks it out of the park in terms of carry ability, too. Position the clip on the left or right side, tip-up or tip-down, depending on your preference.
