This knife is my daily carry. I bought it for less than the MSRP, but a bit more than the drop price. I carry the knife in my front right pocket, so I moved the placement of the clip. Only occasionally do I have to tighten the screws holding the clip in.
The blade is reliable. I have not sharpened it in the year that I have owned it. It sees moderate use. I have used the knife as a makeshift hammer with success.
I really, really like this knife and would jump on this drop immediately if I had a need for a second one.

bonesetterSame here. My Kuro sees frequent daily use in lots of different applications. I've had it for almost 2 months and I thoroughly enjoy it. Eye-catching colors and functional blade shape. The grip isn't the best, since while it grips well when dry, if it is wet or if your hands are sweaty it is slipperier than I expected. The assisted open is very handy, and legal in Oregon (since the assist starts after beginning the opening motion). I haven't had to tighten the clip, but I haven't moved it at all so perhaps it's the tightest in the starting position.
If anyone has any questions about the knife I'd try to answer them.
