Been using this one for a couple of months now. It is my daily carry. I have had to sharpen it a couple of times. However that is to be expected, I use it to cut everything, from wire to cardboard boxes. Funny thing is that cardboard will wear a knife out quicker then anything else :P

I've since removed those awful thumb studs and replaced them with a much more ergonomic zip tie (saves weight too). I undid the studs using two vice grips, threw them in the garbage and threaded the zip tie through the hole so that the head is flush with the blade. It's no longer ambidextrous, but who cares. My opinion of the knife has vastly improved now. Everyone with access to two vice grips and small zip ties should buy this knife.

I just received mine today, and I have to say I'm not impressed. The thumb studs, as others have said, are very sharp and pointy. They're very uncomfortable to use and may wear holes through your pocket bag if you plan to pocket it. If you must pocket it, definitely change the clip orientation, as drawing it from the default tip down orientation will cause the thumb stud to rip through your pocket. I used a T7 bit to undo the clip screws. The other issue with the knife is that the edge is not very sharp out of the box. If you want the same edge sharpness as other out-of-box knives, then expect to have to sharpen the knife yourself. This knife seems best suited as part of a tool box or a desk stationery kit or a spare knife in a backpack, for occasional use. For a primary EDC knife I would recommend almost anything else over this knife.

I live about 2 hours south of Toronto, Canada. Does anybody know a realistic date that I will get the knife? I'm really looking forward to it and was hoping to have it for most of this summer.
