why cannot this knife be shipped to Australia, the CRKT M21-02G Folding Knife can be ??????????????????????????????????? the notes say it can be but it is not available when you try to join the drop
Greg.sKershaw seem to have stopped MD shipping to AU on all knives. Besides this is an assisted opening knife. It'll get seized anyway. Plain flippers are fine though.

craingerThey changed the import regulations ....about 6 months ago, they are now ok for import to Australia
Greg.sNot Assisted opening knives. These are still illegal. https://www.corecarry.com.au/what-knives-can-you-import-into-australia/#what-has-changed-recently Notice the part about Automatic and assisted knives is still there. Kershaw Zing uses their SpeedSafe system, which uses a torsion bar and is classed as an Automatic knife. Other Kershaws such as the Skyline ARE legal as they are manual flippers. These are the ones you want. https://kershaw.kaiusaltd.com/knives/knife/skyline

Greg.sI concur with what crainger says... Flippers are fine but assisted openers are still verboten. Mate it's not worth the strife.....customs will more than likely confiscate. The upside is regular flippers are completely kosher now.
