nteincNegative. Never heard a peep. Massdrop responded but they said they only covered it for defects over 1 year.

So mine has developed the keychatter issue. It started doing it when I swapped out the keycaps but it's progressively gotten worse. This weekend I finally had the time and pulled it open. I was hoping that I would find poor soldering joints. Nothing really jumped out at me, but I figured I've got nothing to lose. I went through and reflowed every solder joint for all the keys on the board. Well it's better, but still not fixed. So I don't know. Might try it again on the problem keys.
All that said, this is unacceptable. I've put way more keystrokes on other boards with zero issues. I don't know if it is an issue with the board manufacture or the Kailh switches, but it really doesn't matter. Ultimately I've got a keyboard which is frustrating to use and provides a worse experience than a $15 membrane keyboard.

DO NOT BUY KEYCOOL PRODUCTS. After the KC64 drop and the KC60 drop problems, it is clear that Keycool does no QA and buyers of their products will get burned.

This is the least attractive drop I've seen since joining Massdrop. Crappy keys, crappy build quality, and horrible switches. Plus too, I'm typing this comment on a KBParadise GTR that costs exactly the same amount but is infinitely better in quality.
In case this isn't obvious, if you're new to mechanical keyboards, I'd steer clear of this one...

ElvinYikes! I've had a Keycool TKL and the build quality was fine - similar even to my Filco Majestouch TKL. My Keycool however had Cherry Reds, not these Kailh switches so this is probably the main factor in the difference of quality. The only reason my Keycool had to go is because I don't have room for two TKL boards with Cherry Reds anymore, and the Filco has a special place in my heart.
Were you not able to RMA your board?

BobtheSpaceCadetDoes keycool even support RMA? I thought they didn't because it was imported product from China? If they do think you can point in me in the right direction? I actually got a new keyboard already though, just went with a Logitech g710+.

The vendor has just informed us that due to capacity issues caused by holidays overseas there has been a slight delay in production. Our vendor is expecting to have the group’s order shipped out to our warehouse from their location next week. Transit times from our vendor’s location take a little over a week. We are expecting to fulfill the complete order towards the end of the month.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).

I've had this board for a year, but have only actively used it for the last month.
When I initially received this board from Massdrop last year, the left shift key did not work. I did not receive any communication from MD, after multiple tickets. I opened the keyboard case, and discovered a very poor soldering job on the switch. I de-soldered the switch, then re-soldered it, and it started working.
I started using the board as my main about a month ago. In that time, I've noticed strange flickers in the RGB, and some keychatter. The flickers have been getting worse. The board has now started dropping keypresses altogether.
For those of you who have joined this drop, be aware of serious quality issues from this manufacturer. For those that are interested in buying the board but have not joined the drop, understand that this board is cheap for a very good reason.
