OK, so I bought this keyboard, but was waiting for my Pulse keycaps to really get it up and running. It's great, and now the keycaps have arrived it looks great too. My only issue so far is that I use a Mac, so I need to swap the [WIN] and [ALT] keys on the left of the spacebar. MacOS lets you do this pretty easily, but it only works with the keyboard plugged in, not when being used wirelessly. The Mac seems to have problems recognising the keyboard outside of the Bluetooth Preference pane, meaning it works wirelessly, but I can't use the Keyboard preferences to specifically target it as a bluetooth keyboard and swap the keys. I guess I have two main options...
  1. The keyboard handles it. Reprogram the keyboard itself at the firmware level to swap those keys. Sounds easy enough for most keyboards but this one has little to no documentation and I can't find any software I can use to do this on my Mac.
  2. The Mac handles it. Get the Mac to properly recognise the keyboard so it appears as an option in the 'Modifier Keys' options in the Keyboards preference pane and I can swap the keys in MacOS.
...any ideas...? Which option would be best, and is either option actually possible...?
