I am not able to get this keyboard to pair with my mac. Even plugged in it does not register on either a mac or a pc... Think I may of gotten a faulty one. Any advice for getting this to work on a mac?

dcruwysI use it with my SurfacePro/MacPro and iPhone via Wire and Bluetooth. No issue.

brad7a0Ends up I didn't know there was a tiny little switch on the back. Wired still doesn't work but bluetooth does.

dcruwysAh ok, my mac doesn't see the keyboard via bluetooth but does work with the usb cable... go figure!

brad7a0My Mac paired up right away with the keyboard via blueooth. I'm using 2017 MBP High Sierra 10.13.2.
