I have 2 white Advantage keyboards (with Dvorak option - and I do use it) for about 10 years now. They are beautiful to me. At a time, I was sliding down the abyss of bad RSI really fast, and this keyboard saved my life and career. No, I am not over-exaggerating. Went from waking up at night from pain, to not remembering that I have RSI at all (took couple years for complete recovery, but relief came within weeks of starting to use it). Massdrop price is a smoking steal, I paid about $500 for a pair of those, and that was loooong time ago.
A side comment - function keys do stink. Pretend they are not there, that is it, and if you are heavy user of ESC key just use programmable nature of keyboard to remap ESC to some other key.
Bottom line - if you work with computer to earn a living, and suffer from wrist pain (even if it is minor), do yourself a favor and get this keyboard. Or 2, like I did. And those were best spent $500 in my whole life (and so much cheaper that surgery alternative!).
Here is one bad news associated with this keyboard. It is true end-game. If you switch to it successfully, there is NO upgrade path. If it breaks, you will want to replace it with another one just like it. I know I will.
In case somebody from Kinesis is reading this - THANK YOU!

Olekmy personal experience is pretty much exactly the same. bought 2 in 2008, recovered from RSI pain, and never looked back.
The amazing thing about these keyboards is I find they get better with age

wesmckinnThe consensus among the keyboard enthusiasts is that Cherry MX Brown switches (used in this keyboard) are a bit scratchy from the get-go, and get smoother over the years of service. Another consensus is that older Cherry MX switches were not as scratchy, so it is a win-win for those of us who bought those keyboards more than a decade ago :)
