Is there a reason, other than price, that I would get the V3 Pro Lift Kit rather than the Lift Kit with Palm supports?

2-bitsMy understanding is the V3 Pro Lift kit is shorter in length and can be used without palm supports sticking out. If you were to buy just the Lift Kit with palm supports and chose not to use the palm supports, the lift kit would be sticking out the bottom of the keyboard(s?).

2-bitsGood question, sorry about the confusion. The (detachable) Palm Supports are always included with the keyboard. The Lift Kit is for tenting with the Palm Supports attached, and the V3 Pro is for tenting with Palm Supports detached. It's just comes down to a personal preference and/or desk space.

KinesisThanks, Kinesis, for being so responsive on these boards! It goes along way on a site like Massdrop.
When you say that the "(detachable) Palm Supports are always included with the keyboard," do you mean that it would be redundant to buy the $10 Palm Supports if you have bought the base keyboard here? Or that the Palm Supports would not be included without adding the extra part on this order. Thanks in advance!

MontgomSorry we missed this before the drop ended, hopefully you got it figured out. For future reference, Palm "Supports" = Hard Plastic and are included but detachable. Palm "Pads" = cushioned foam that adhere to the Supports for an extra layer of comfort. The Pads are designed to be replaced every 6-12 months when they get scuzzy but are totally optional.

KinesisThanks for getting back! I was able to figure out the difference after checking your website, just didn't immediately disambiguate the pads/supports distinction on the massdrop page. I joined the drop almost as soon as I did glom onto it, though!
