I was annoyed a couple days ago, but now I really frustrated knowing that Massdrop still hasn't even given us many updates. If it is their fault or HyperX's I want to know and soon. If you messed up or they messed up own it and say something but keeping us in the dark while people are asking for refunds is just not ok from a site which I have nothing but respect for. I will write this one drop off as a hitch if they say something and get the product out to us soon and possibly with an apology and or perk to all the people who ordered this product. By this point I don't know if I will even get it by the time I leave for the holidays and I really want these for the airplane and more. Please just tell us something and let us know you haven't forgotten about us and this drop!!
