The vendor just confirmed that a handful of orders were shipped out earlier this morning. Members whose orders have shipped received tracking info via email when the order was picked up; and can also check their transaction page. We have been guaranteed that the rest of the orders are packed up and awaiting pick-up on Monday. We will check in with our vendor at that time and update the group again as soon as we receive confirmation.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 12/15 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezHow about addressing some of the concerns here in the discussion, instead of ignoring it completely. To remain completely silent after negative comments come in only hurts your companies image, and shows an incapacity to deal with situations.

Monday is over and still no tracking numbers. I hope that the 12/15 update is actually on its way, with an honest response and apology. I don't know whose responsible for this fault, but I know who got hurt from the fault and it's us. Some of us wanted the headset as Hanukkah gifts and some of us still wish to get it by Christmas.
You fucked up. There's no other way to say it, you fucked up. The fact that you keep lying to us instead of apologizing just makes things worse and this may get worse for you if reviews regarding to this drop will get to Reddit or other large communities. It seems like you do nothing to stop this, as you don't care. Don't you care?
I don't know when Kingston will ship it, all I know is you have my money and I have no product. I'm not going to ask for a refund, but I'm going to make sure that you'll never have the chance to torment me or any of my friends again. The price difference is simply not worth the wait and clearly not the poor customer service quality by the drop owner.

elimelendezYou know... I don't honestly know why I expected a tracking update on monday. That day has now come and passed, and after tomorrow morning I leave for the holidays to be with family. Looks like my nephew will not be getting his headset for Christmas unless it ships tomorrow, and I can change address through the carrier.
Elimelendez, know this. You personally were probably not responsible for what's happened, but your silence on the matter, your complete ignorance of what we're asking, and the attitude you've displayed here is atrocious. If I were your boss, you'd be out of a job for showing this drop in particular how little you cared about the over 600 people involved. Consider this a failure, and either learn from your mistakes, or at the very least take a stand for yourself, and the company which you represent and apologize to all the people over how you and massdrop, have failed to adhere to the most basic of your own principles and job description. As far as I'm concerned, you've lost many customers over this, do not take it lightly.

elimelendezI don't want to be rude and cus you out like most people on this forum. These problems probably aren't even slightly connected to you, but I needed these headphones before Friday because I'm going on a 2 week vacation. Since that is literally no longer possible, can you please help be cancel my order. I understand that you normally cannot do this but I have been waiting for over a month and that changes the situation. Had i known it took this long, I would not buy this product. Please help me.
