Marknetoany vehicle that has an OBDII interface can be used. I have one of these that I purchased elsewhere on the internet for about $10 and they work great. the newer the vehicle, the more likely that it will have sensors that will output data. I dont know why I'd want to know what temperature the air entering the engine is, but my 2013 Santa Fe will do just that. (along with a TON of other readings)

rbrjr1intake air temps are useful for tuning, but this device would pull data far too slowly for that. so mostly useful for measuring heat soak of your intake.

MarknetoAs long as it's no older than 10 years old it'll be fine, if it's older I'd try and find the ODBII port first.
