Out of curiosity, why would you recommend the CF over the all-titanium Precision?

CogsworthI just like carbon fiber, and marbled CF is prettier than normal. Plus it's lighter and kind of cool to have three good modern materials in one knife. I've got full titanium knives that I like too, and if I wanted to ano it that's what I'd go with here.

Less than $100 for a 3.5” S35VN made by a very reputable brand in Kizer??? I’m not a huge fan of the overall design, but at this price can I really pass it up? I only have one other Kizer, the Gemini, but I absolutely love it. Great action and fit and finish. Better design by Ray Laconico who is probably my current favorite designer, but it also retails for over twice as much. Am I missing something here? If not, this is a steal!

MCH_87Massdrop offers lots of Kizer ti framelocks w s35vn like this usually for around $99 which is indeed a steal. If you dont care for this design you could always hold out for another drop. The rattler drop just wrapped up as well as the river cat not long before that so they come up fairly often here. Kizer makes great knives (i own probably 15 easily) and they can always be found for a deal here or elsewhere. This model is nice though imo and a great price.

MCH_87This model has also had a quiet upgrade, all of the recent photos of them show a lockbar insert instead of the original carbidized titanium lock face. It's been on my list since I found out, but I can't get one right now. The price is pretty typical for this model, but it can be hard to find so I wouldn't hold off if you like it.
